We encourage you to provide suggestions and bug reports ("Feedback"). You agree that we are free to use your Feedback to improve Jijenga without any obligation or compensation to you.

3.1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jijenga.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up.

4.1. What We Do

Jijenga is a personal financial management tool. It helps you track and understand your finances by:

• ·Securely parsing uploaded financial documents (e.g., M-Pesa statements)
• ·Allowing manual entry of transactions and account balances
• ·Providing visualizations, categorization, and savings insights

4.2. NOT Financial Advice

Jijenga is a technology tool, not a financial advisor, bank, or lender. The insights and suggestions provided are for informational purposes only. You should not rely on them as professional financial or investment advice.

4.3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for precision in data extraction and categorization, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying your own financial records.

6.1. Your Data

You retain ownership of the financial data you upload or enter.

6.2. License to Us

By using the Service, you grant Jijenga a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you and to improve our algorithms (on an anonymized basis).

6.3. Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the "Jijenga" brand, logo, code, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Jijenga Technologies Limited.

7.1. Fees

Jijenga is a paid subscription: you pay for access to the Service for a chosen duration ("Paid Services"). Every subscription includes the full Service — plans differ only in duration. Promotional periods (including a free weekly tier at launch) may apply and will be shown plainly before you commit.

• ·No auto-charge at the end of a free or promotional period without your explicit action
• ·Cancel anytime with no penalties

7.2. Price Changes

We may change our pricing with reasonable notice to you (minimum 30 days for existing subscribers).

9.1. By You

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app settings.

9.2. By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

10.1. Amicable Settlement

In the event of a dispute, we both agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably through good faith negotiation or mediation.

10.2. Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.

10.3. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
